Guadagnino was a member of the starting cast MTV's Jersey Shore and appeared in the entire series from 2009 to 2012. Following the success of Jersey Shore, Guadagnino began studying acting. He was a guest on MTV's scripted comedy series The Hard Times of RJ Berger as the cousin of RJ. He appeared in a small role in 90210's November 8, 2011, episode. This role was also reprised on "O Holly Night". Guadagnino also hosted The Show with Vinny which was launched in May 2013. The show featured celebrities in Guadagnino's house, talking to him and eating dinner with his family. The couple will later appear in Vinny & Ma Eat America on the Cooking Channel.In 2018, he reunited with his initial Jersey Shore castmates for a remake of the series called Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. He appeared in the initial and second seasons of Jersey Shore Family Vacation in 2018, and in the third season of 2019. Guadagnino began a month-long stay as a guest host at Chippendales in the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on April 26 in 2019.
