Dan Bilzerian

 In August 2014, Bilzerian was barred from a Miami nightclub after kicking model Vanessa Castano in the face in a fight. Bilzerian said that Castano as well as another woman slayed the female friend of Bilzerian. Castano claimed, "There were two young girls sitting right next to me at a table that were fighting. The table was crowded and I tried to break up the two. Then Dan forced me off of the banquette, and after I fell, I was kicked into the face. "Castano filed a lawsuit against Bilzerian afterward for injuries she sustained. Castano also requested US$1,000,000 to settle the case and argued that he'd receive higher punitive damages based upon the amount of money he earns. In 2014, Bilzerian was involved with Janice Griffith in a legal issue. In April of 2014, Griffith was photographed with Bilzerian in an Hustler magazine photoshoot. This included Bilzerian throwing Griffith off the roof of a house and into a pool. Griffith was thrown just short of the pool and struck the edge. Her foot was broken. The 18-year-old asked Bilzerian for $85,000 for her injuries, but was not granted. She initiated a lawsuit against Bilzerian and Hustler in December 2014. Bilzerian's lawyer responded that Griffith was under contract to Hustler for the event , and that Hustler had hired Bilzerian to manage the event. Bilzerian did not admit responsibility. Hustler's lawyer said in January 2015 that Griffith suffered injuries as a result of the throwing.
