Storage Wars (stylized as STORAGE WAR$) is an American reality TV competition show that is aired on the A&E network. The original twelve-season series aired from December 1 2010, through January 30 2019. The 13th season aired on April 20th, 2021. If rent hasn't been paid in three months in California the contents may be sold by auctioneers as one lot in a cash-only auction. The series follows professional buyers who visit storage facilities across California to place bids on these lockers. Buyers are given five minutes to inspect each locker prior to being auctioned. They are also able to consult experts on unusual objects and determine the value they'll bid on them. The program concludes with a summary of net profit and loss.
