He was released from prison in 2001, and was able to employment at Mi-T-Fine Carwash. At first, he was a vacuum and then working his way to become a the position of regional manager. While in this role an employee offered him the position of mortgage broker and Ryan decided to take the job. He was an outstanding performer within 24 months and had already purchased 32 rental properties. Ryan was arrested by the Allen Police Department in 2005 because he was carrying guns. Ryan was sentenced to fifteen months in Federal prison. He was released and then returned to the mortgage industry until the Frank-Dodd Act in 2010 banned felons from having an authorization to sell mortgages. He began to work as an independent social media manager helping mortgage loan officers expand their businesses by using social media. In 2012, Ryan started his company, Hardcore Closer. Since launching this company Ryan has been a part of multiple ventures including PhoneSites, Break Free Academy and Build Your Empire.
