Beahm's debut video as the Dr Disrespect character premiered on January 11 in 2010, showcasing the gameplay from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. He appeared in a variety of videos on the gaming channel Machinima, mostly playing Call of Duty. Inactive since the end of 2011, Dr. Disrespect stopped posting any YouTube content for almost five years. He has signed sponsorship deals with ASUS, Gillette, Roccat and Game Fuel.
