Arnold Schwarzenegger

 Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger (born July 30, 1947) is an Austrian and American actor, film producer, businessman retired professional bodybuilder and politician who served as the 38th governor of California between 2003 and 2011. Time magazine named Schwarzenegger as one of the top 100 influential people worldwide in 2004/07. He is widely regarded as one of the top bodybuilders in history,[3][4and has written numerous publications and articles on bodybuilding. 5. Arnold Sports Festival, considered the second-most important bodybuilding event after Mr. Olympia, is named in honor of him. Six of his appearances were in the 1977 documentary on bodybuilding Pumping Iron. Schwarzenegger, who was retiring from bodybuilding, turned Hollywood action star with Conan the Barbarian (1982), which was huge at the box office and was followed by a sequel in 1984. Following his role as the lead character in the science-fiction film The Terminator (1984), He starred in sequels Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003), Terminator Genisys (2015), as well as Terminator: Dark Fate (2019). Commando (1985), The Running Man( 1987), Predator (1987), Red Heat (88), Total Recall (1990), True Lies (1994) and Terminator Dark Fate (2015), and Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines (2003) were his other action films. He also made comedy films such as Twins (1988), Kindergarten Cop(90), Junior (1994), Jingle All the Way (191996). Schwarzenegger is the creator of the film production company Oak Productions. 9] As a Republican candidate, Schwarzenegger was first elected on October 7, 2003 in a recall election to replace then-Governor Gray Davis. Schwarzenegger received 48.6% of the vote, 17 points ahead of Democrat runner-up Cruz Bustamante. He was inaugurated on the 17th of November, to serve the remaining term of Davis his term. He was reelected during the 2006 California governor's election, with a percentage of votes at 55.9 percent, to complete the full time as governor. In the year 2011, he surpassed the limit of his governorship and was elected acting. Schwarzenegger was nicknamed"the "Austrian Oak" in his bodybuilding days, "Arnie" or "Schwarzy" in his acting career, and "the Governator" (a combination of "Governor" and "Terminator") in his time in politics. In 1986, he got married to Maria Shriver (a niece of President John F. Kennedy). After he admitted he had a child in 1997 with his housemaid, he and Maria split up. The divorce was finalized in 2021.
