Pete Hegseth

 Peter Brian Hegseth was born on June 6th the 6th of June, 1980. He is an American television host, writer and an officer of the Army National Guard. He is also the former executive director of two of the political advocacy groups Vets For Freedom (formerly Concerned Veterans for America). The Koch brothers have financed the conservative advocacy group, the Koch Brothers. The group has been advocating for greater privatization of Department of Veterans Affairs. [2] He was thought to be the head of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs under the Trump administration, however in January 2017, David Shulkin was selected instead.Hegseth has been active in both conservative as well as Republican politics since his days as an student at Princeton University. He was a prominent supporters of Donald Trump's presidential campaign, and was occasionally a consultant to him throughout his presidency. As per reports, he persuaded Trump that three American soldiers convicted or accused of violations of the law in relation with the killing of noncombatants in Iraq would be pardoned. Hegseth was an Guantanamo bay platoon leader during his military service . He also advocated for the treatment of inmates in Guantanamo bay.
