Wonder Woman

 Wonder Woman is a 2017 superhero film based upon the DC Comics character of the same name. Produced by Warner Bros. Pictures, DC Films, Atlas Entertainment and Cruel and Unusual Films, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, it is the fourth installment of the DC Extended Universe (DCEU), and a prequel/spin-off to Batman Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016). Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016). Patty Jenkins directed the film and Allan Heinberg wrote the story. The script was written by Jason Fuchs and Zack Snyder. Wonder Woman stars Gal Gadot as the title role. Also, Robin Wright and Danny Huston are also on the casting. Connie Nielsen and Connie Nielsen are also involved. After her first appearance in Batman: v Superman: Dawn of Justice, this is Wonder Woman's second theatrical live-action film. 8 Wonder Woman is the Amazon princess Diana, who sets out to end World War I. She believes that Ares her long-time adversary of the Amazons and spy, was the one who started it. Steve Trevor, an American pilot and spy, crashes-lands on Themyscira and tells Diana. Ivan Reitman was to direct and produce the film. The project sank in developing hell for several years; Jon Cohen, Todd Alcott and Joss Whedon along with others were also part of the project at different times. Warner Bros. released the film in 2010 and Jenkins was hired to direct the film in 2015. The inspiration for Wonder Woman was drawn from Wonder Woman creator William Moulton Marston's 1940s stories and George Perez's 1980s stories concerning Wonder Woman, as well as the New 52 incarnation of the character. Principal filming began on November 21st, 2015, with filming occurring in the United Kingdom, France and Italy before finishing on May 6, 2016 the 123rd anniversary of Marston's birth. Filming continued in November of 2016.
