According to the bliss of the royal statutes of the country, the King will most graciously bestow the rank of Somdet Phra Yupharat Mongkutratchakuman to a Prince who is bound for the throne. All people worldwide will accept and acclaim that His Prince Vajiralongkorn, the Royal Highness of Thailand, will be the next heir to the throne. When His Royal Highness Prince has become mature, at the point that he shall be established as heir to the throne, the royal customs and traditions of Kattii ceremony should be observed, consistent with the citizens as well as all the government officials from all sides.
