The show was commissioned by Lal Jose when she was successfully hosting the popular TV show Hello Good Evening in Kairali TV. After her debut was over, she decided to take a break from movies but was still involved on TV programs as well as television commercials. [citation needed] She has returned to the world of film in 2015, playing the role of a journalist in the film, Njan Samvidhanam Cheyyum by Balachandra Menon. The movie Rajamma @ Yahoo followed this character. She played the central role of an advocate, Adv. Anu G. Nair, in the movie Marupadi produced by V. M Vinu and the role of Sujatha, a mother of two main characters in the film, Goldcoins directed by Pramod Gopal as well as the film Goldcoins, which both saw their debuts in 2016 and 2017 , respectively. Born to M.K George and Achimma, Tessa attended St. Antony's Public School & Junior College, Anakkal, Kanjirappally. The actress completed her elementary education at Mater Dei, New Delhi as well as her college studies in St. Teresa's College, Cochin.
