Seth Curry

In July of 2015, Curry joined the New Orleans Pelicans for the 2015 NBA Summer League. After averaging 24.3 points per game in Las Vegas, Curry earned All-NBA Summer League first team recognition. Curry signed a $2 million guarantee contract, with a two-year term, with the Sacramento Kings on July 22. Curry was regarded as a "shooting guard trapped inside a point guard's body" Curry's shooting of three points was the main reason why the Kings chose him to sign, since shooting outside was long the Kings their Achilles heel. On October 30, Curry made his Kings debut scoring two points, one rebound and also assisting in a win against the Los Angeles Lakers 132-114. He scored nine points in a loss to the Golden State Warriors on November 28. He shot 3-of-4 and was 3-of-3 from 3-point range. Curry could not play in the Kings' 117 to107 loss to Los Angeles Clippers on November 28 because of Rajon Rondo, starting point guard, being out injured. In his 26 minutes off the bench, he scored a career-high 19 points and four rebound. On March 25, he made his first career start, scoring 12 points in 26 minutes against the Phoenix Suns. Curry later scored 21 points in his debut NBA game, a 105-93 loss against the Portland Trail Blazers. He also surpassed his career-high of 21 points on April 1st, when he scored 21 points in a game against the Miami Heat. [43] He made six career-high three-pointers on April 9 and scored 20 points from 6-of-10 bench shots in a 114-112 victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Curry recorded 20 points on 6-of-10 shooting from the bench in the Kings victory of 114-112 against the Phoenix Suns.
