Jillian Mele

 Mele was born in Glenside, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Roseanne (nee Zlemek) and Thomas Mele. She was clerk at a grocery store in high school. Mele received the Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005. Mele graduated from La Salle University with a B.A. in communication and arts. After school, she accepted a position as an anchor for sports on Presque Isle, Maine as well as WIVT-TV in Binghamton in New York.In 2007 she was hired by NBC 10 in Philadelphia, where she earned an Emmy award for her role in a program about the Olympics.In 2014, she accepted the position of NBC Sports Philadelphia where she hosted a morning sports talk show named Breakfast on Broad where she earned another Emmy and also a Philadelphia Eagles post-game program called Endgame.In March 2017, Mele accepted a position at Fox News where she served as co-anchor of Fox & Friends First and as headlines reporter for Fox & Friends until October 2021. On the 29th of October, 2021, Mele announced that she was going away from Fox News to return to La Salle University to pursue a Master's Degree. When she announced her decision to leave, Mele stated that "It's time to concentrate on my own life." Mele is currently studying at La Salle University. In 2022, she signed a contract for WPVI-TV, Philadelphia.
