Hulk Hogan

 Terry Gene Bollea (/b@'leI@born on August 11, 1953), better known by his Ring name Hulk Hogan, is an American retired professional wrestler. He is widely recognized as the most recognized wrestling star in the world and is also the most adored wrestler of the 1980s, as well as being one of the most renowned professional wrestlers ever. Hogan started his professional career in the year 1977 and gained international recognition when he signed with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) in 1983. In the WWE, his image as an all-American hero led to the beginning of the 1980s' professional wrestling boom, where he headlined eight of the initial nine editions of WWF's flagship annual event, WrestleMania. During his initial run, he won the WWF Championship five times, and his reign was the second-longest in the championship's history. He is the first wrestler to win consecutive Royal Rumble matches, winning in both 1990 and 1991. His match against Andre the Giant, on WWF The Main Event, February 5, 1988 holds American record-setting television viewing with an 15.2 Nielsen Rating and 33 million viewers.
