He was born in Carson, California. Before he began his career in rap, Hykeem spent his early life (as as young as 4 years old) in music studios and watching his Aunts & Uncles "burn" CDs on the famous platform LimeWire, which was the most widely used source of free music listening during the early 2000's. After a couple of years Hykeem posted his memories of listening to Kanye West's album "808s and Heartbreak" on the radio in Las Vegas during the Winter of 2008. It sparked his passion for music even more, which led to his research into music in the next year. Keem was inspired by artists like Ye, Kid Cudi and Lil Wayne. Keem became a small, yet prominent YouTuber who was involved in the Minecraft Survival Games mini-game scene in the early 2010's. Keem's Minecraft account was under the game's in-game name "hykeemc" as well as his YouTube account went by the name "AllMightyModz". Keem was known for being a highly skilled player on The Hive and MCGamer Network servers, and racking up more than 1,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel because of his skills. Keem held Skype calls frequently so that his followers could be a part of them. Keem's channel has been removed. However, the hyperlinks to his SoundCloud account can be accessed through the channels.
