Terry Bradshaw

  Terry Paxton Bradshaw, born on September 2, 1948, is an American former professional footballer who was a quarterback with the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He has been a TV sports analyst since 1994, and is co-hosting Fox NFL Sunday. Bradshaw is an actor and a recording artist. He has appeared on many television shows and films as himself, such as the movie The Failure to Launch. He also released several albums of country music. He was a player for 14 seasons with Pittsburgh and won four Super Bowl titles in a six-year period (1974 1977, 1975 1978, 1979, and 1975), becoming the first quarterback to win three and four Super Bowls, and helped lead the Steelers to eight AFC Central championships. In 1989, his very first year of eligibility, he was inducted into The Pro Football Hall of Fame. In 1996, Bradshaw was inducted into College Football Hall of Fame. Bradshaw is known as a tough competitor and possessing one of the strongest arms in NFL history. His physical abilities and on-field leadership were a key factor in the Steelers"dynasty" throughout the 1970s. During his career in the NFL, he threw more than 300 yards in a single game seven times, but three of those performances came during the postseason (two of which were in Super Bowls). In four career Super Bowl appearances, he passed for 932 yards and 9 touchdowns which were each of which were Super Bowl records at the time when he retired. In 19 postseason games, he completed 261 passes, resulting in 3,833 yards.
