 Susan Alexandra "Sigourney" Weaver (/sI'go:rni/;born October 8 1949) is an American actress. She is a prominent figure in science fiction, popular culture and has earned numerous awards such as two Golden Globe Awards, a British Academy Film Award and an Grammy Award.
