Jessica Chastain

 Jessica Michelle Chastain, born March 24, 1977 is an American actress. Most famous for her roles in films that have female themes, she's won various accolades such as an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award. Time magazine named her one of the top 100 influential people around the globe in 2012.Chastain discovered a love for acting at a young age and made her professional performance debut in 1998 in Shakespeare's Juliet. After attending the Juilliard School, she was signed to a talent holding deal with the television producer John Wells. Law & Order: Trial by Jury was one of her recurring television guest stars. Chastain was also seen in stage productions of Antonchekhov's play The Cherry Orchard (2004) as well as Oscar Wilde's drama Salome (2006). Her film debut in Jolene (2008) at the age of 31. She had six films made in 2011. For her roles as an aspiring socialite and a CIA analyst, she was awarded Academy Award nominations. Her most commercial successes were with science fiction films Interstellar (2014), The Martian (2015) and It Chapter Two (2019). She continued to receive praise from critics for her performances in the dramas A Very violent Year (2014), Miss Sloane (2016), as well as Molly's Game (2017), as well as the mini-series on television Scenes from a Marriage (2021). She was praised for her performance as Tammy Faye in the biopic The Eyes of
