Jessica Michelle Chastain, born March 24, 1977 is an American actress. Most famous for her roles in films that have female themes, she's won various accolades such as an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award. Time magazine named her one of the top 100 influential people around the globe in 2012.Chastain discovered a love for acting at a young age and made her professional performance debut in 1998 in Shakespeare's Juliet.
