Jennifer Lawrence

 Jennifer Shrader Lawrence (born August 15 September, 1990) is an American actress from the United States. Her films have earned over six billion dollars worldwide. She was the most highly-paid actress worldwide in 2015 and 2016. Lawrence was named among the 100 most influential people in the world in 2013 by Time. She was also on the Forbes Celebrity 100 List from 2013 to 2016. Lawrence was a performer in school musicals as well as church plays throughout her childhood. At age fourteen she was discovered by a talent scout while vacationing in New York City with her family. After moving to Los Angeles, she began her acting career as a guest actor in roles on TV. Her first role of note was as a main cast member on the sitcom The Bill Engvall Show (2007-2009). Her first film appearance was as a supporting actress in the action drama Garden Party (2008). Her acting debut on Winter's Bone (2010), portraying a poor teenage. Lawrence became a star as Mystique, a mutant in the X-Men series (2011-2019) and Katniss Everdeen (2012-2015). The latter made her the highest-grossing action heroine ever of all time.Lawrence was awarded numerous awards for her three collaborations with film director David O. Russell. Her role as an uneasy young widow in the romance film Silver Linings Playbook (2012) earned her the Academy Award for Best Actress and made her the second youngest winner of the award at the age of 22. She also won the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in the supporting Role in the film for her role as an unstable wife in the black comedy American Hustle (2013). Lawrence also received Golden Globe Awards for both of these films, as well as for her performance as a the businesswoman Joy Mangano in the biopic Joy (2015). A series of mixed reviewed films, as well as the media scrutiny of her performance choices led to a small absence from acting. With the streaming films Don't Look Up (2021) and Causeway (2022) She was back in the acting world.
