L. P. was approximately 6 years old when her 69-year-old maternal grandfather sexually assaulted and impregnated her. Her physical development was considerably faster than hers, which equates to at minimum 10 additional years. From the age of 4, she had additional sexual characteristics. Additionally, she was experiencing menstrual flow. The pregnancy went without a hitch. Medical concilium of Kharkiv Obstetric and Gynecological Hospital decided to have an unnatural birth, but leaving the option of caesarean sections in the event of complications during childbirth. Childbirth began July 10, 1931. The umbilical cord loop prolapsed and the fetus was unconscious on the 11th of July. After which, the instruments were utilized to eliminate the fetus under general anesthesia. Fetus of female age that was 50 centimeters in length and weighed 3 kg and was healthy in its development, but post-mortem examination revealed an insufficient thyroid and thymus. L. P. had been able to get through her postpartum period without any complications. She was able to resume regular menstrual flow. [7] Her fate beyond this is not known.
