Caleb McLaughlin

 McLaughlin's first role in acting was in the midst of his childhood in the play Lost in the Stars in Cooperstown, New York at the Glimmerglass Opera House. His Broadway debut was as Young Simba in the show's most famous character (2012-14). He then went on to have guest-starring roles in television series like Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Unforgettable, Forever, What Would You Do?, as well as Shades of Blue. In 2016, McLaughlin's breakout role came with his character of Lucas Sinclair in the hit Netflix series Stranger Things (2016-present). He was nominated for the BET YoungStars Award in 2017. In 2018, he received the award for the title of Outstanding Performance by a Youngster at the NAACP Image Awards. McLaughlin's feature film debut was in Concrete Cowboy in 2020. He co-starred in the film with Jharrel Jerome and Idris Elba. The film received favorable reviews. McLaughlin was named an honoree on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2021 list of Hollywood and Entertainment.
