Wonder Woman

 Wonder Woman is a superhero created by American psychologist and writer William Moulton Marston (pen name: Charles Moulton), and artist Harry G. Peter. Marston's wife Elizabeth and their life partner Olive Byrne are believed to be his sources of inspiration for Wonder Woman's appearance. The first appearance of the character was published in All Star Comics #8 on October 21 1941. Her first appearance in Sensation Comics #1, January 1942. The Wonder Woman title has been published by DC Comics almost continuously ever since. In her homeland, the island nation of Themyscira the official title is Diana of Themyscira. Diana of Themyscira. Sometimes, she adopts the civilian identity of Diana Prince to blend into the society of her home. Wonder Woman's story of her origins (from Golden Age to Bronze Age) is based on the fact that her mother queen Hippolyta, sculpted her out of clay and gave her a life as an Amazon. The Greek gods also blessed her with superhuman abilities. DC changed her character's story in 2011 by revealing that she was the biological daughter Zeus and Hippolyta. She was raised by her mother, Antiope and Menalippe. The character has changed in appearance over time as well as losing her powers entirely in the mid-sixties; during the 1980s, the the artist George Perez gave her an athletic look and emphasized her Amazonian heritage. The Lasso of Truth is a set of durable bracelets can be used as a projectile and a tiara that can be worn to make her appearance more athletic.
