 Willow Camille Reign Smith was born on October 31, 2000, is an American actor and singer. The daughter of actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith The actress has won many awards including the Young Artist Award, an NAACP Image Award, a BET Award, and nominations for two Daytime Emmy Awards and a MTV Video Music Award.Smith made her acting debut in 2007 in the movie I Am Legend along with her father Will Smith, and later appeared in Kit Kittredge: An American Girl with Abigail Breslin. Smith's music career was launched in the year 2010 by "Whip My Hair", a platinum-certified track that reached 11th position on the Billboard Hot 100. Smith then signed with her label mentor Jay-Z's Roc Nation, becoming the youngest artist to sign with the label. She dropped the single "21st Century Girl" the next year.Smith's debut album, Ardipithecus, was released in the year 2015. Its single "Wait a Minute!" was certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. Smith would later release her sophomore album The 1st (2017), and her third album Willow (2019). Smith began co-hosting the Facebook Watch talk show Red Table Talk in the year 2018, which has earned her two NAACP Image Awards and two Daytime Emmy Award nominations. Smith's fourth album, I Feel Every launched in 2021. It was the birthplace of "Transparent Soul", which was certified as gold in the US. Smith was also a top 40 artist in the following year.
