American actor and producer obias Vincent Maguire was born July 27 in 1975. He is best known for his role as the titular character from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy (2002-2007) and a role he later reprised in Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).He started his career in supporting roles in the films This Boy's Life (1993), The Ice Storm, Deconstructing Harry (both 1997) and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998). Pleasantville (1998) as well as Ride with the Devil (1999), The Cider House Rules(1999), Wonder Boys (2000) and Seabiscuit (2003) were his most prominent characters. He also received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Casting in a Motion Picture for Cider House Rules (1999), Seabiscuit (2003) and Seabiscuit (2004) in addition to an Golden Globe Award nomination as the Best Actor in Motion Picture Drama for Brothers (2009). Maguire co-produced Good People (2012) and Pawn Sacrifice (19201).
