After being released from prison in 2001, he was able to find a job working in Mi-T-Fine Carwash. The first job was as a vacuum but would later rise to the rank of regional manager. Ryan took on the position of mortgage agent while working in his current position. Ryan was an outstanding performer in just 24 months and had acquired 32 rental properties. In 2005, Ryan was detained by the Allen Police Department. Ryan was sentenced to an additional 15 months in Federal Prison. Following his release, he went back to the mortgage industry until the Frank-Dodd act of 2010 banned felons from being allowed be licensed to sell mortgages. Following his release, he started to work as an independent social media strategist helping mortgage loan agents grow their business through social media. In 2012, Ryan started his company, Hardcore Closer. Since the beginning of this business in 2012, he has been part of multiple ventures including PhoneSites, Break Free Academy and Build Your Empire.
