Russell Westbrook

 Russell Westbrook III (born November 12 1988) is an American professional basketball player with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). A member of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, he is a nine-time NBA All-Star and earned the NBA Most Valuable Player Award (MVP) for the 2016-17 season. He is also an nine-time All-NBA Team member, led the league in scoring both 2014-15 and in 2016-17. He received two consecutive NBA All-Star Game MVP awards in 2015 and 2016.In 2017, the year that he won the league MVP award, Westbrook became one of two players in NBA history to average a triple-double for a season, as did Oscar Robertson in 1962. He also set a record for the highest number of triple-doubles during a single season with 42. He averaged a triple-double in the next two seasons, and also led the league with assists. He was also the first player to have multiple seasons of leading both points and assists. In the 2020-21 season, Westbrook averaged a triple-double for the fourth time in the span of five seasons,[4] and he passed Robertson for the most career triple-doubles in NBA history.
