Nicki Minaj

 Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty (nee Maraj; born December 8th 1982), known professionally as Nicki Minaj (/mI'na:Z/ min-AHZH), is a Trinidadian-born[arapper from the United States. Her musical range, her animated flow and use of accents, alter egos, and musical versatility are just a few of the most notable qualities of her. Minaj was first recognized through three mixtapes she released between 2007 between 2007 and 2009. Her debut album, Pink Friday (2010), topped the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. The album's fifth single, "Super Bass", was ranked third on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart and was declared diamond by the RIAA. The album that followed, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded (2012) was a dance-pop album that explored the dance genre. The album's lead track, "Starships", peaked within the top five worldwide.Her third album, The Pinkprint (2014) focused on more personal issues and marked her return to hip hop roots. The album's second single, "Anaconda" peaked at number two on the Hot 100 and became the first music video of a solo female rapper to surpass 1 billion views on YouTube. The singer released her fourth album, Queen, in 2018 and it spawned the U.S. top ten single "Chun-Li". In 2019, her collaboration with Karol G, "Tusa", became the longest-running single at number one on the Argentina Hot 100 chart. Minaj achieved her first two Hot 100 number-one singles in 2020, "Trollz" and "Say So" and her third with the lead single from her forthcoming fifth studio album "Super Freaky Girl". It was the first song performed by an artist of female origin to hit the top spot in the U.S. since 1998.
