Kenneth Arnold Chesney, born on the 26th of March 1968 is an American country music artist as a songwriter, guitarist, and songwriter. He has released over 20 albums and more than 40 Top 10 singles in the US Billboard Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay charts. 32 of these hit the top of the charts. A number of his tracks have made the Top 40 on the US Billboard Hot 100. This makes him one of the most popular cross-country artists. He has sold over 30 million albums worldwide.Chesney has received 12 Country Music Association Awards (including the most coveted Entertainer of the Year honor four times) and eleven Academy of Country Music Awards (including four consecutive Entertainer of the Year awards from 2005 to 2008)as as six Grammy Award nominations. He is one of the most well-known touring artists in country music, regularly selling out the venues the venues where he performs. His 2007 Flip-Flop Summer Tour was the highest-grossing country road trip of 2007.
