Darren Watkins Jr. (born January 21, 2005) is better known as his online alias IShowSpeed (or simply Speed) is an American YouTuber, streamer and online celebrity. His variety of livestreams, in which he plays mostly video games such as Fortnite, Roblox, Fortnite and Valorant are what make him famous. Watkins his often shocking behavior on livestreams has earned him a large following, while also making his stream the center of a lot of debates. From 2021 until 2022, he was increasing his popularity in part to the circulation of captivating videos of his live streams across social media platforms. He was awarded Breakout Streamer Of The Year at the 12th Streamy Awards in 2022.
