Garth Brooks

 Troyal Garth Brooks (born February 7 1962) is a famous American country music musician and writer. His blending of rock and pop elements into the country genre has gained the artist a lot of attention, particularly in the United States with success on the country music album and single charts, multi-platinum records and record-breaking live performances, while also crossing over into the pop mainstream arena. Brooks is the only artist who has ever been a part of American music history to have albums that have reached the status of diamond (surpassing the Beatles’ former record of six). [6] From 1989 to now, Brooks has released 23 albums in total including 13 studio albums and two live albums as well as three compilation albums, three Christmas albums and four box sets, along with 77 singles. He has won several awards in his career which include two Grammy Awards, 17 American Music Awards (including "Artist of the '90s") and the RIAA Award for best-selling solo albums artist of the century in the U.S.Troubled by conflicts between family and work, Brooks retired from recording and performing in 2001 through 2005.During the time the singer-songwriter sold millions of albums through an exclusive distribution deal with Walmart and released sporadic new singles.In 2005, Brooks started a partial comeback, giving select performances and releasing two compilation albums. Brooks began Garth at Wynn in 2009, which was a week-long weekend concert residency at the Encore Theatre in Las Vegas. It ran from December 2009 to January 2014. Brooks was signed to Sony Music Nashville in July 2014, following the end of the residency. Brooks began his return world tour in September 2014 along with Trisha Yearwood his wife and musician. The tour concluded in 2017. The tour was followed by the Stadium Tour, which began in the year 2019. His latest album, Fun came out in November of this year.
