 [5] Anna is a 15-year-old Russian girl who is a victimized by domestic violence and is willing to do whatever is necessary to escape her circumstances. A KGB agent, Alex, discovers Anna's predicament and recruits her as a field operative. After a year of formal training Anna is told that for the next five years, she will be under the supervision of Olga, the top KGB handler Olga; once the five years have ended the agent will be released from the agency and can begin afresh. Vassiliev as the newly appointed KGB director, states that he won't honor the original contract. He is convinced that the former agents pose a threat to the organization and it is only the way to be free. Anna begins a career as a fashion model in Paris and goes on to complete numerous assassinations and missions. To avoid being caught, she enters into an intimate relationship with model Maude and is endorsed by Olga. After the CIA uncovers her true identity and she is able to join with the organization as a double agent along with agent Leonard Miller as her handler and the promise of a new lifestyle in Hawaii. Miller requests that she assassinate Vassiliev and the CIA believes that the person who succeeds him will enhance their working relationship with the KGB. Anna kills Vassiliev while they play chess before proceeding to kill herself in the KGB.
