Chase Elliott

 Elliott thirteen years old, Elliott was one of thirteen athletes featured in Sports Illustrated's July 13th issue of 2009. They were joined by Jordan Spieth, future world number one golfer, as well as Michael Kidd Gilchrist, future NBA 2nd overall selection. In the year 2010, Elliott raced in 40 races in various races, winning 12 races and finishing within the top 10 for 38 times. It was the third season of his racing career, and he took home the Blizzard Series, Miller Lite and Gulf Coast championships en route to winning the Georgia Asphalt Pro Late Model Series Rookie of the Year. He ended the season by winning the Winchester 400. Sports Illustrated named Elliott as the best high school player of the week on April 2011. The following year, Elliott competed in the Champion Racing Association, wining the series' National Super Late Model championship.Later the same year, shortly after turning 16 was when he took home the Snowball Derby and became the race's youngest winner. He won the race ahead of second place driver, DJ Vanderley, by a record 0.229 seconds.In 2012 He won the Alan Turner Snowflake 100, which was the prelude to the Snowball Derby, for the third time in the span of three years.
