The "Chandeliersinger revealed in May of 2020 that she was adopting two teenagers aged 17 and 16. She added, "But they're both doing things that are really beneficial for them right now, and is really beneficial." They're doing lots to improve their education. In an interview with InStyle in October of 2020, she discussed more about the role of parents. Sia said that the whole system is not funded and enough equipped. "And currently, my boys are keen to be part of the transformation. Therefore, I'm trying to give them the tools."
