Global Radio announced on 14 March 2013 that Falconer would be joining Heart as host of the show on Sunday mornings. She will replace Jason Donovan, who was taking a break to perform with Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Since then, she's also been presenting the 4 - 6 AM Early Breakfast slot on the weekdays as 4 O'Clock Club. Later the Sunday morning show was canceled at 9:30 am. This was due to the new Heart Breakfast schedule of 6.30am-10 am. In June the show's early morning slot was extended to 4-6:30am. She decided to leave her Sunday show. Zoe Hardman replaced Jenni on the Sunday Show.In December of 2019, it was announced that Falconer was deciding to quit Heart and was set to be replaced in her Early Breakfast slot by James Stewart. In January 2020, it was announced that Falconer will take over as the new host of Smooth London breakfast & hosting mid-mornings on Saturdays, with the later being broadcast throughout the UK.
