Aaron Rodgers

 Aaron Charles Rodgers (born December 2 1983) is also known by the nickname A-Rod, is an American football quarterback for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). Rodgers began his college football career at Butte College in 2002 before transferring to the University of California, Berkeley to join the California Golden Bears, where he set several career passing records, including his lowest single season and interception rates.He was picked in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft by the Packers.After being Brett Favre's backup during the initial three seasons of his NFL career, Rodgers became the Packers the team's quarterback of choice in 2008. He helped lead the Packers to victories over the Steelers during Super Bowl XLV 2010 and was named Super Bowl MVP. He was named Associated Press Athlete-of-the Year in 2011 and was also voted league MVP for the 2011, 2014 and 2020 NFL seasons. Rodgers is the 5th player to be awarded NFL MVP in consecutive seasons along with Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Joe Montana and Jim Brown.
