Steve Carell

 American comedian and actor Steven John Carell (/k@/rel/ (born August 16, 1962)[1Steven John Carell (born August 16, 1962)[1. He was the character Michael Scott in The Office (2005-2011 and 2013) The Office, NBC's version of the British series that was created by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant who also wrote the script. Carell also worked as an occasional producer, writer and director. Carell's television appearances as well as in films have garnered numerous awards, including the Golden Globe Award as Best Actor for a Television Series Musical or Comedy. Life magazine named him America's Funniest man. He also received recognition for his role as a correspondent for The Daily Show With Jon Stewart between 1999 and 2005. He starred in many comedy films that included Anchorman, The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004), its 2013 sequel, and The 40-Year Old Virgin (2005). Get Smart (2008), Date Night (2010), Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011) were just a few of his credits. He also voiced in Over the Hedge (2006), Horton Hears a Who! (2008) and the Despicable Me franchise (2010-present).
