Perrette has worked in television and film, mostly working on commercials, voice-overs and music videos and short films. She was a bartender in New York City. [4] A friend introduced her to an advertising agency director while she was in New York. The director moved her to Los Angeles after this encounter. She acted in a variety of parts and was a frequent guest star.
