Anna Cooke Kendrick (born August 9 in 1985) is an American actress. She has received various accolades, including a Satellite Award, five Teen Choice Awards, three MTV Movie Awards, and nominations for an Academy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award and a Tony Award; making her one of the newest people to be considered for the "Triple Crown of acting" and the youngest to have done so without winning.Kendrick began her career performing in theater productions from the age of just. She was the main character in High Society, a Broadway musical that she starred in. For this role she was awarded a nomination for the Tony Award as Best Featured Actress in Musicals. The film debut was in Camp (2003). The actress gained notoriety for her performance in the Twilight Saga (2008). The film earned her further attention for the comedy-drama film Up in the Air (2009) which earned her a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress as well as for her role as the lead in the Pitch Perfect film series (2012-17)Kendrick also had prominent roles in movies like the action-comedy Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) as well as the drama comedy 50/50 (2011), the crime thriller End of Watch (2012) as well as the musical fantasy Into the Woods (2014) as well as the drama Cake (2014), the comedy Mike and Dave need Wedding Dates (2016), the animated comedy Trolls (2016) as well as the comedy thriller A Simple Favor (2018), the fantasy comedy Noelle (2019) as well as the animated sequel Trolls World Tour (2020).
