Bellamy Young

 Young began her career as an actor in theatre. In 1997 she made her Broadway debut as Mary in the original cast of The Life. [8][9The role was a recurring one. Young also performed Off-Broadway in Stephen Sondheim's musical You Roll Along (1994) as well as Randy Newman's Faust (1995-1996). Young's TV debut came in 1995, when she played the role of Dr. Courtney Evans on the NBC soap opera for daytime Another World. She was a guest on Law & Order in 1997 and 1998 in two different roles. In 1999, she made her debut in film with a small part in the crime drama Black and White and later co-starred in a number of independent films. In the 2000s she began appearing as a guest in a variety TV comedy and dramas, including The Drew Carey Show and The X Files. From 2000 until 2011, Young was a regular guest on more than 30 appearances on TV shows. Young was a regular cast member of the USA Network series Peacemakers 2003. The show was cancelled after a season of nine episodes. She had recurring roles in the Lifetime legal drama series For the People as Deputy Dist. Atty. Agnes Hunt, 2002. She played Diane Shaw on NBC's period drama American Dreams in 2003. In 2004, she played the role of Dr. Grace Miller on NBC's Scrubs. In 2004, she played Assistant State Attorney Monica West on CBS's CSI: Miami (2005–06). In ABC's Dirty Sex money (2008–2009) she was Ellen Darling, the eldest child-in-law in Darling's family. From 2011 until 2013, she was the main character on Criminal Minds, as Beth Clemmons.
