Anna Kendrick

Anna Cooke Kendrick (born August 9, 1985) is an American actress. She has been awarded numerous awards such as a Satellite Award, five Teen Choice Awards, three MTV Movie Awards, and nominations for an Academy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award and a Tony Award; making her one of the newest people to receive nominations for the "Triple Crown of acting" and the youngest to do so without winning.Kendrick began her career performing in theater productions from an early age. Her first major role was in the 1998 Broadway musical High Society, for which she was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in the Musical. [2] Her film debut was in the film Camp (2003). She became famous for her performance in the Twilight Saga (2008). The film earned her further attention for the comedy-drama film Up in the Air (2009) that resulted in her being nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress as well as for her starring role in the Pitch Perfect film series (2012-17)Kendrick also played prominent roles in movies like the action comedy Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2010) and the drama comedy 50/50 (2011), the crime thriller End of Watch (2012), the musical fantasy Into the Woods (2014) and the action Cake (2014) as well as the comedic Mike Dave Need Wedding Dates (2016), the comedy Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates (2016), the animated comedy Trolls (2016), the comic-based thriller A Simple Favor (2018), the fantasy comedy Noelle (2019) as well as the animated sequel Trolls World Tour (2020). She sang on many soundtracks for her films as well as at numerous events like the 2013 Kennedy Center Honors, the 2015 Academy Awards and the 2015 Pitch Perfect film series.
