 Angelina Jolie[3 DCMG (/dZoU'li /dZoU'li(born Angelina Jolie Voight;[4] June 4 1975) is an American actor, filmmaker and human rights activist. She has been awarded numerous accolades, which include three Golden Globe Awards and an Academy Award. Her film career started in earnest after 10 years with Cyborg 2 (1993), and was followed by Hackers (1995). She was in the biographical cable films George Wallace (1997) and Gia (1998). In 1999, she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She was also in Lara Croft, Tomb Raider (2001) in which she played the title role of the video game's the heroine. Her action-star career continued with Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005), Wanted (2008), Salt (2010) and The Tourist (2010), and received critical acclaim for her performances in the dramatic films A Mighty Heart (2007) and Changeling (2008) and Changeling (2008). The latter of which earned her a nomination for an Academy Award for Best Actress. Maleficent (2014) was her most commercially successful film. Since 2008, her voice roles in animated film Kung Fu Panda include the role of an actress who is a kid. Jolie has also directed and written several war-related dramas, such as In the Land of Blood and Honey (2011), Unbroken (2014) as well as The Day That They Killed My Father (2017). Jolie has also played Thena in Marvel Cinematic Universe's superhero film Eternals in 2021. Her visited countries are Cambodia, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Syria, Sudan, Yemen and Ukraine.
