Julie Benz

At age 15, Benz was warned by an acting coach that she was never going to be successful in her career as an actor. Benz claims that she remembers the teacher telling her to not try acting. I have the original report card that she wrote telling me, 'You'll never be an actor. Your voice is terrible.' It was the most amazing thing that ever happened to me because I thought"I'll show you.". "[7] Benz was done in figure skating in 1989 and she started to participate in theater. Then she was chosen to play Street Law. Her first film role was a small speaking part in "The Black Cat" segment of the Dario Argento/George A. Romero horror film Two Evil Eyes (1990). The following year, she was cast in the television show Hi Honey, I'm Home! (1991),[1] which was cancelled after two seasons. After finishing high school in 1990, Benz studied acting at New York University. After graduating from NYU in 1993,[3] she moved to Los Angeles. The opportunity was given to her for a part on Married... with Children in 1994. She was a character playing a young girl who wants to leave her virginity to Bud Bundy. This role was only two weeks after she moved. [7] She also starred in an unaired Aaron Spelling television series called Crosstown Traffic. She also appeared in a unaired TV pilot called Empire in the year 1995. Her other TV shows include Hang Time, High Tide, Step by Step, and Boy Meets World, plus one small part in the television film The Barefoot Executive. Her acting career was stable and varied throughout the 1990s. She played an uncredited character in the movie Black Sheep and her role in Diagnosis: Murder as top figure skater "Julie" let her showcase her figure skating skills. Later TV appearances included roles in Sliders as well as The Single Guy. She was Christy in the television film Hearts Adrift and a lead role in Darkdrive as Julie Falcon in Darkdrive.
