Joe Walsh

 Joseph Fidler Walsh (born November 20th, 1947)[2] is an American musician, singer, and songwriter. Over the course of five decades, he's been a part of three successful rock groups that include the James Gang, Eagles, and Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band. He was also a member of the New Zealand group Herbs. He was also a part of the New Zealand band Herbs in the late 1990s. In 2011, Rolling Stone placed him at the no. 54 position on its list of "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time".In the mid-1960s, after attending Kent State University, Walsh was a member of several Ohio-based local bands , before making it to a national audience as part of the James Gang, whose hit track "Funk #49" showcased his talent as a guitarist as well as singer. Roger Abramson, a concert producer and manager of artists was the one who was the one who signed the James Gang to an agreement for management with BPI in Cleveland. After the band disbanded in 1972, James Gang in 1972, the band was formed by Barnstorm together with Joe Vitale, a college friend from Ohio as well as Kenny Passarelli, a bassist from Colorado which is which is where Walsh had moved following his departure from Ohio. Although the band remained together for three albums spread over three years, its work was marketed as Walsh solo projects. 1974's So What, the last Barnstorm album, had significant guest contributions by several Eagles members who had just hired Walsh's producer Bill Szymczyk.
