Jill Hennessy

 Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy was her father. He was a meat vendor and an executive in sales and marketing. The job involved lots of travel, which resulted in frequent family relocations. Maxine Her mother was a secretary. Her daughter was abandoned by Eleanor Her paternal grandmother who lived in Kitchener, Ontario. She is the daughter of John Paul Hennessy Jr. and Jacqueline Hennessy who is an author and host. Hennessy is from Irish, French and Swedish origin, and has Ukrainian Roma and Austrian ancestry. She graduated from Grand River Collegiate Institute and Stanley Park Senior Public School.
