Heidi Klum, pronounced ['haIdi; 'klUm] was born on June 1, 1973. She is a German-American model and television producer. In 1998, she was featured on the cover Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She is also the first German model to be a Victoria's Secret Angel. Klum was born in 1973. She has been a host and judge for Project Runway and Germany's Next Topmodel. This reality series earned her an Emmy nomination in 2008, and a win for Outstanding Host of a Reality or Reality-Competition program in 2013. Klum has been nominated six times for Emmy Awards. She has been a spokesmodel at Dannon and H&M, and has appeared in many commercials for McDonald's and Volkswagen.
