Emmy Rossum

 Emmanuelle Grey Rossum [1] was born September 12, 1986. She is an American actor and director. She is best known for her role as Fiona Gallagher on the television show Shameless (2011-1999). [2] Since the mid-2010s she has also produced and directed television, for example, the 2022 Peacock series Angelyne in which she stars.Born and raised in New York City, she started her professional career as a child with the Metropolitan Opera. Genius (1999), Songcatcher ((2000), Passionada ((2002) as well as Nola (3) were her first films on screen. She was just 16 when she first appeared as the character Mystic River (2003). Rossum was the main character in the sci-fi thriller The Day After Tomorrow (2004). The film also earned her high praise for her portrayal of Christine Daae, the lead character in the film adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera (2004). Her roles in films like Poseidon (2006) and Dragonball: Evolution (2008), Inside (2011), Beautiful Creatures (2013) and Comet (2014) are well-known. In 2007, Rossum dropped her first album Inside Out. In 2007, she also dropped a Christmas EP called Carol of the Bells. In 2013 she came out with a follow-up album titled Sentimental Journey.
