 Dwayne Douglas, also referred to as The Rock [3], was born on May 2nd on the 2nd of May, 1972. He is an actor from the US and a former professional wrestler. Widely regarded as one of the most outstanding professional wrestlers of all times, he was integral to the development and success of the WWE during the Attitude Era which was a boom in the industry in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Johnson was a WWF/E wrestler for eight years before making the decision to pursue a career in acting. His films have earned him more than $3.5 billion in North America and over $10.5 billion globally, making Johnson one of the top-grossing and highest-paid actors.Prior to his emergence as a top-grossing actor in the decade of 2010, Johnson was an athlete. Johnson was a star in Freedom High School, Bethlehem Township, Pennsylvania, in the Lehigh Valley. He was a member of the school's football and wrestling teams. The conference is famous for producing Olympic and professional athletes. His high school football coach is what he credits with motivating him to make positive changes in his life. He was involved in fights, and other minor criminal acts in his high school, however, he sees them as the primary reason that he's made the significant changes in his life. He was ranked among the top ten high-school defensive tackle prospects across the nation by Freedom High School, which attracted the attention of many NCAA Division I college football teams.
