Zach Hadel

 Hadel was born in Kansas. He began his career in animation by in the early days of uploading Adobe Flash animations onto Newgrounds. Then, he shifted to YouTube. Hadel quit college to study graphic design. He was a self-taught animator. Hadel stated that he was influenced by shows such as South Park, SpongeBob SquarePants and The Simpsons. His animated videos were well-known online, such as the animated clip of "arrow in the knee" which is a popular meme that was a part of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that went viral in 2011. Hadel co-created the web-based cartoon series Hellbenders together with Chris O'Neill (a Newgrounds animator). Adult Swim picked the show, but they did not follow through. Hadel also collaborated with O'Neill to create an animated short film that satirized the Kony documentary of 2012. The video was a hit, receiving more than 1.7 million views within the first week. Hadel was also a part of SleepyCabin. The podcast features discussion and comedy by former Newgrounds animators. His YouTube channel psychicpebbles had 1.5 million subscribers by April 2022. 208.4 million views.
