Unbelievable is an American true crime television miniseries starring Toni Collette, Merritt Wever and Kaitlyn Dever. It's about a string of rapes in Washington State and Colorado. It was created by Susannah Grant, Ayelet Waldman, and Michael Chabon. The three co-creators along with Sarah Timberman, Carl Beverly, as well as Katie Couric were executive producers. It premiered on 13 September 2019 on Netflix.The miniseries is based on the news story from 2015 entitled "An Amazing Story of Rape", written by T. Christian Miller and Ken Armstrong, and their 2018 book A False Report based on the same research. The film received excellent critical acclaim.
