Julius Deion Randle, born on November 29, 1994, is an American professional basketball player with the New York Knicks (NBA). Randle was an NBA All-Star in his second season in 2020-21 , and was awarded the NBA's Most Improved Player award. Randle was also named third-team All-American in his NCAA basketball season. The Los Angeles Lakers selected him in the seventh round of the 2014 NBA Draft. Randle was injured on his leg during his debut in the regular season and was not able to play for the remainder of the rookie season. Randle signed with the New Orleans Pelicans after four years with the Lakers. Randle signed with the Knicks during the following season.
