Carrie Underwood

 Carrie Marie Underwood (born March 10, 1983)[1] is an American country music artist from the United States. She gained fame after she won the fourth season of American Idol in 2005. The song she sang "Inside Your Heaven" made her the first country singer to be the first to chart atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart and the only solo country singer in the decade 2000 to have one of the top songs on the Hot 100. The album she released her debut album, Some Hearts (2005) was supported by the crossover hits "Jesus Take the Wheel" and "Before He Cheats", being the highest-selling female solo debut album in the history of country music. The album won her three Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist. Carnival Ride (2007), her album that followed, had one of the biggest debut weeks by a female artist. It also garnered two Grammy Awards. Her third studio album, "Play On", was preceded by the hit single "Cowboy Casanova", and she won two Grammy Awards. Also, she won a Grammy Award for her fourth album, Blown Away (2012). The crossover smash "Something in the water" was a direct result of the compilation Greatest Hits Decade#1. The fifth studio album she released, Storyteller (2015), made her the only country artist to have her of her studio albums debut either number one or two on the Billboard 200 chart. Cry Pretty (2018) was her sixth studio album. It was the first woman to be included on the Billboard 200. It featured four country albums. It also was the largest week for an album by an artist of female. Much acclaim from critics, she released her first Christmas album, My Gift, in 2020, and her first gospel collection, My Savior in 2021. Her 2022 studio album, Denim & Rhinestones, brought her back to her classic country pop style.
